FOUNDER & EDUCATOR
Norwegian Skin & Lash was founded on the belief that strong education is what moves the lash industry forward. Our goal is to provide clear, honest education that helps artists build real skill, strong technique, and professional standards from the beginning.
The training is led by Malin Spearman, an experienced lash artist, salon owner, and educator. With years of hands-on work behind the chair and a full clientele, Malin brings real industry experience into every course. Her approach to education focuses on integrity, precision, and building a strong technical foundation that students can rely on throughout their careers.
Originally from Bergen, Norway, Malin brings a Scandinavian influence to her work valuing simplicity, quality, and attention to detail. Today she is based in Colorado, where she works as an independent lash artist while educating the next generation of lash professionals.
Through Norwegian Skin and Lash the goal is not only to teach lash extensions, but to help raise the standard of the industry by developing skilled, confident artists who care about quality, professionalism, and community.
